WA: Mistakes in Iraq cause problems in Iran, says Beazley

Federal opposition leader KIM BEAZLEY says misjudgments over the war in Iraq has handed
enormous political power to Iran.

He says the war in Iraq has created the worst of circumstances .. where the US and
other nations now have to use diplomacy to talk Iran out of acquiring nuclear weapons
.. which he believes they shouldn't have.
